Hotel Indigo Rochester - Mayo Clinic Area by IHG

Breakfast at Crave was very good. Location is walking distance to Mayo clinic. Bed was comfortable.

Desk staff tried to be helpful but were not well trained. Room cleaning and fresh towels etc were provided only one time during our four night stay, even after I asked. Could not keep water from the barrier free shower off the bathroom floor and it was very slippery.

Rochester Hotel Indigo is our "go-to" when we come to Mayo clinic for treatment. The hotel is always clean and comfortable and so conveniently located! The only thing I could ask for is room microwave.

The location in relation to Mayo Clinic. It made it nice to use skywalks to get around instead of dealing with the cold and snow.

Cleanliness. Friendly and informative. Love all the ports to charge phones and computers

What made our trip so pleasurable was the front desk clerk, Anne. She went out of her way to help us with directions, calling the shuttle driver, getting food from the dinette area, and using the microwave. The husband of our booking has mid stage dementia, and the wife is dealing with cancer treatments at Mayo, so at times we weren’t patient or making sense. But Anne was always patient and even with us. She’s a keeper!

Great location, clean facilities, and very convenient. The hotel is very close to the Mayo Clinic, which made my stay extremely practical. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the overall experience was very good. The first room I was assigned was quite small and dark; however, after requesting a change, the staff promptly accommodated me. The new room was spacious, very clean, and much more comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel, especially for those visiting the Mayo Clinic. Regarding the service, one of the front desk staff members (I arrived Wednesday evening) not very welcoming and kind of difficult; however, her colleague (the receptionist who speaks Spanish) was extremely helpful and professional, which made a very positive difference. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for those visiting the Mayo CliniC.
