Great food, cocktails, atomsphere and service. Upbeat, helpful and attentive staff all around. Great location for my Mayo Clininc appts. Parking was a cinch, and close by.

"Nice downtown property"

Great downtown location with easy skywalk access. Rooms are clean, updated and quiet. On site Crave Restaurant is a plus if you don’t want to venture out.

"Ashley, Great Location and Wonderful Sleep!"

The location was perfect! Skyways to the Mayo civic center, and skyway/subway to Mayo Clinic Gonda building. Walking distance to the People’s Food Coop. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Great sleep! Ashley at the front seat is awesome making the experience even better!!! Douglas please pat her on the back for excellent service.

"Our Regular Hotel in Rochester."

When in Rochester we always stay at this Indigo, as it is convenient to the Mayo. You don't even have to go outside since the Mayo is accessable by skyway and the Mayo subway. Ashley at the Front Desk is always very kind and helpful to us.

"Disapointing stay."

We are currently staying at the hotel Indigo for 4 nights for our son’s graduation. Tonight is our last night at the hotel Indigo, the location has been perfect however our room was only cleaned 1 time over the last 3 days. This is very disappointing. When my husband called and complained the lady at the front desk just said sorry. No offer of fresh towels or asking if we needed anything replaced just sorry no housekeeping staff is here. This is not a cheap hotel and I would expect better service. We did not complain the first time figuring it was just a mistake and it wouldn’t happen again. The second day it was cleaned but the third day it was again skipped. So my suggestion is pick one of the many other hotels close to Mayo.

Room service was poor missed a day of towels Rides by hotel need to start at 0600 to Mayo to accomodate the folks who have early labs.

"Excellent"

Very clean hotel. Staff is very helpful. In close proximity to Mayo Clinic.

They have no parking. You have to park in a public ramp and pay. They should comp you for that.
