They never came to clean our room the 4 days we were there. When I asked if someone could come I was told they were too short staffed

"Very nice room and very clean"

All good except housekeeping couldn't understand me. The temp talked to me in English and said she would make sure the room gets cleaned. It did.

"Nice room, close and nice walk to Mayo."

The room was clean and well-equipped. We stayed while coming to Mayo Clinic for the first time. This hotel is a couple of blocks walk, but all in a heated skyway. Since it was a little ways away, we found it a little quieter, and that was to our liking. We had a great breakfast at Crave, which is located in the hotel lobby.

"Convenient and Comfortable Stay"

I stayed here for a work trip and it was very convenient. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and I liked having a restaurant right in the hotel. It’s also within walking distance of the Mayo Clinic campus, with easy access through the skywalk and subway level, so you don’t have to go outside in the cold.
