The breakfast we purchased ahead did not exist as the chef did not show for work Sunday morning. Towels had holes on them from overuse. Bed had crumbs or bed bugs! Terrible night sleep.

The service was friendly

Unlike other hotels for the same price there was a charge for breakfast.

They did switch my room because the original room was terrible. They did provide breakfast vouchers despite my not paying for them. I did not take advantage unfortunately.

I was given a quote by the customer service rep. That I contacted via email. I could never get confirmation of that price so payed the online price. I was never provided actual bath size towels after the first day. I hung up and would have reused the initial ones, but they were taken and replaced with smaller towels.

Hard to access (only one way due to jersey barrier on road). Wasn’t overly clean.

Hotel was actually sold out, but they thing didn’t go through to where they opened it up again not a lot of people staying there. Breakfast in the morning was not available and hot water wasn’t running in the evening.

It was a Great place to stay. I haven't called yet, but my cc was charged $20.00 more than the reservation was for. Good breakfast, very nice lady running the restaurant. Had truck parking definitely a plus for me

The beds were so comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was amazing!!! I enjoyed breakfast and the pool. It's in a great location by a mall and tons of restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone. I cannot wait till I need to go back to Akron

well this hotel offically ruined my "if its got an 8 star or above rating on hotels.com" theory. blew it right out of the water. peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. rust on the door frames and fixtures. stains on the bathroom floor from an obivous previous leak. hard water deposts on the fixtures. bedside lamp not working other bedside lamp had touchy plug socket on it no remote in room and when one was brought up it had no battery cover. and when the manager contacted me - via what i assume was a form letter for a poor review on their site - it was just to "give us another opportunity to stay with them" hard pass - i'm not paying money to be dissappointed again by the same place. fool me twice shame on me and all that.
