Room was okay, not the absolute cleanest and the shower head was not great. Super friendly and kind staff and there’s an outdoor pool! Very convenient for any events in the area!

Looks updated but very superficial. Clearly not maintained. First night the hallways smelled of weed then they smelled of cheap room spray. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Asked to change rooms and they could not figure out how to find a room that was clean. Based on the few cars they were NOT fully occupied

Our room was updated,clean,comfortable. Hotel was convenient for shopping and dinning . Very nice area. But your main entrance windows were pretty dirty. Dad impression. Hallway carpet needed vacuumed . The rubber entrance to each room at bottom of door needed dusted. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Free parking,

They could not find our reservation from booking.com in their system. I had selected breakfast included when booked but they did not acknowledge it and we had to pay extra.

"Could use some TLC"

Staff were friendly and helpful-a big plus. The room was clean but smelled as if no one had used it for a very long time-that stuffy, never aired out smell. Ditto for the poor fitness center room. The heat/AC units may not have been cleaned in ages. The extra dust and who knows what else was not kind to my breathing.
