I thought there was going to be a breakfast, what was offered was pretty slim, bowl of fruit and a few donuts and some packaged pastries.

The holiday rates were remarkable, so I am loathe to complain about much, but the shower had a lot of mildew, among other uncleanliness around the room. We didn’t know until we’d checked in that “breakfast” would be bagels and some microwave breakfast sandwiches. There were tea bags and cocoa packets but no hot water. The coffee one morning was almost certainly there from the day before. Having said that, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and for what we paid, the stay was “fine.”

Unfriendly, unprofessional, and unwelcoming staff. We were not acknowledged or greeted upon check-in or check-out even tho the staff was well aware of our presence. They were not very accommodating. Room floors were disgusting and not vacuumed. Old crumbs of food and debris were strewn across the room floor upon initial entry. Bathroom countertops and bathtub appeared to be clean. Beds were made and supplies stocked. Temps were super cold in room and room was not prepped or warmed up. No hot breakfast since staff was “off” because of holidays. No awareness made prior to regarding breakfast or that breakfast would not be available and there were no clear instructions on where complimentary products were. We would NOT recommend staying here to anyone and will not return when back in town. Completely disappointed and unhappy about the overall stay. We wrapped up the day and went to go stay somewhere else in the area that was cleaner, accommodating, friendly, and professional.

First room given the tub drain wasn't draining well. The room also had a musty smell. We did change rooms aftrr two nights. Second room mych better. Nowhere told online or at site that no complimentary breakfast due to Thanksgiving so Wed thru Sat lucky if there was hot coffee

We needed a place to stay for a short night in a pinch. Without time to do much research we chose this property because we normally have a good experience with Holiday Inn. This place is not up to the typical HI standard and should be torn down and rebuilt. Multiple signs of water damage, moldy shower curtain, the loudest AC/Heat unit that I have ever had in a hotel room, and everything just overall dated. I will never stay here again and would advise to avoid. There are multiple other options REALLY close that are the same price. Go there instead.

I reserved and paid for my room with breakfast. When we checked in on Saturday night, I asked the clerk for the breakfast hours. She said 7-10 on Sundays The next morning, my wife went downstairs at 7:30 for coffee and there was no bread for toast, no cooked eggs, no cereal and milk. Just brick-hard bagels and some snacks in wrappers. I saw this and went for my A.M. walk. I came to join her at 9:30 and there was nothing set out. She said the man removed what was there. When I checked out at 11:00 the man dressed in his janitor overalls and stocking cap could not print my receipt but promised someone would email it soon. No sign of it a day later. It's pathetic to refer to this hotel as a "Holiday Inn" It does not deserve any stars on this rating. Beyond poor. I recommend people pay for their room and board at the Hampton Inn behind this poor excuse for a *** hotel.

I asked reception to gove me the receipt, But still not recieved, yet. Pls, kindly send me the receipt

For the price it was a very inferior quality room and hotel. Bedding was fine. Room musty. Windows didn’t open. AC noisy.

This property is not the level of most of the Holiday Inn’s I have stayed in before. This one is good location but needs renovated badly. Our room had clear previous water damage; damaged ceilings, wallpaper stained and bubbling and carpet was not fresh and clean.
