The room is clean and tidy. No smoking zone.

So far all good

Great hotel. Big rooms with big bathrooms. Super swimming pool in floor 30th.

Breakfast is a bit limited, acceptable.

The location

Disappointing stay. The room blanket had black marks and the toilet had a bad odor. Additionally, the swimming pool water made our skin itchy and the pool towels smelled unpleasant. Needs better hygiene management."

This is my second time staying here. The room I got this time was a bit smaller than my previous stay and didn’t have a beach view. However, this wasn’t clearly stated during the booking.

First day check in second day continue 3 more days told to Change room but they changed room on third day I still have to wait until night 8pm to check in waiting time is to long

Some of the hotel staff have a good attitude

2 hours after check in. I encountered room aircond still not cool. So I ask for replacement room with the receptionist, instead of straight away I get a replacement room, he told me that I have to wait for maintenance guy to repair the aircond with a hot and unconfortable environment after a long journey. The result is I have to once again go to the lobby and ask the receptionist for replacement room because the aircond can't be repaired. What a terible service..

The bed was OK. The lift very fast.

The breakfast not much variety. Lack of staffs in the coffee house. Hardly gets a coffee cup. The food was below average. The swimming pool water not clear/clean.
