Good location, close to stores and very clean

the concierge, ahmad assisted us very well from day one till we checked out

the room was rather creepy. we were assigned to our jazz king suite, the room was spacious. but my autistic son was crying from the start, he was scared as if something was disturbing him from the time we checked in. during that time, i was still okay until its 3.30am, my son cried and screamed. i immediately call the receptionist asking if possible to change room. the receptionist, hanif assisted us, but the only room available is opposite us which we declined. then on he assigned us another room at diff level, and it turns out better. i had to pay another sum of money to get another deluxe room because the room we had from hanif was a deluxe room and its pretty small for the family of 6.

Toilet floor is too slippery and it is consider dangerous . Buffet breakfast is not worth to pay RM50 with very less variety..
