Location

Thought it was quite expensive for size of accommodation. Sea view is quite obstructed by plants needing trimming.

"Apart from the insects, it was a 'homey' and comfortable place to stay."

There seemed to be a nest of insects behind the toilet 'flushing box'. In the evening when the light was all turned on, there were LOTS that came out. Luckily we had a can of fly spray with us.

"A return visit after a number of years proved disappointing."

Great location, easy walking distance to restaurants and waerfront, also over the hill to beautiful Long Beach.

The room didnt smell very fresh and the outdoor space and garden was tired and in need of a maintenance. Question value for money as aa different accomodation the night before was spotless at only $60 more.
