It was a place to rest after a long day of driving.

Coffee was bad. The building was in disrepair and needed a lot of work. The public rest room for men had a broken door, two toilets and one urinal had bags over them out of order. That left one fixture in working order. The fitness room had half the free weights missing.

Outlets didn’t seem to work in the room and there was only access to one wall outlet. Room needed upgrades like lamps with usb ports. Staff were nice and room was clean.

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our room was clean and had everything we needed from towels to makeup remover wipes. The restaurant on site was delicious with a full bar. The coffee in the lobby was a perfect touch. My daughter attends Utica college and it was just a few minutes away. Perfect location!
