Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport

I appreciated the big bottles of soap, shampoo, and lotion. I hate the waste of those little bottles

We booked because we had a very early morning flight and were rather shocked when we almost didn't get a seat because most were filled before we checked in at 6:30 p.m. Perhaps let people know they need to book the shuttle when booking a room

The location was convenient and they gave us brand new towels without asking.

Had a weird smell throughout the halls. Smelled moldy like. You can tell this building is older and just certain things were renovated. Corners were dirty and showed curtain was not clean and you can smell the piping through the shower.

The desk clerk was wonderful! I witnessed her professionalism while assisting the previous guest who didn't understand a particular hotel policy. When I stepped up to the desk, she treated me in such a way that it seemed like she was having the the best day of her life.

The hotel experience was great. I only wish that I had made it a point to remember the desk clerk's name so that I could state who had been so kind to me.
