Location was good.

Breakfast was edible. Coffee was terrible. Trash on floors in elevator and hallways. I think they are housing people there not just guests.

The parking was decent.

We checked in around 8:30 pm but didn’t officially bring our belongings in until after 10. When we were bringing our stuff to the room it smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke. After entering our room, it looked decent but smelled musty. After putting my stuff down, we decided to check the bed to make sure it was clean and ready for sleeping. After inspecting the beds, I discovered many stains on the sheets and comforters. I then flipped the pillows and discovered bed bugs crawling on the pillow. At that point, we were not staying there so we gathered our stuff and went down the front desk to speak with the check in lady. I explained the experience and she requested to see pictures which I provided as I had taken them in the room. We have been notified via email that we will get a full refund but it has not been provided yet via my bank account. We are still waiting for the refund.

Breakfast was nice. Staff were available at all hours of the night- we got there really late but there were several people there ready to help us check in. We went before the summer season rates hit- we got a decent price on the room but we looked at staying there on the way back through but the prices were more than double. It is next to an amusement park as well.

The rates going up so much.

"This hotel was not Wingate quality that I am use too. Needs rehab."

The pillows and mattress, the pool was nice

The entry door gets stuck. The bathroom door gets stuck. When you flush the stool it makes really loud noise and water shoots up out of the bowl. The air conditioning was really really loud each time it came on.
