I like the hotel

The misconception on booking it's states check out is 12 but it's really 11

I like the size of our room.

I didn't like the availability of towels.

The amenities such as the restaurant at The Encore & the pool was cleaner/better at The Encore.

Mosquitoes & dead flies were in my bathtub. My room floor was filthy, you could see the dirt under my socks. Bugs were crawling on my wall, I killed it & others came. The ice machine was broken in my building, so I had to walk to the main building for ice. Equipment was broken in Fitness room, in which they made sure the doors were locked, so you couldn't use the treadmill. Not to mention, the small fitness room was located inside the pool area.

Location was great, staff was wonderful from pur limited meetings.

Cleanliness, or rather smells. Wife kept complaining about the bathroom smelling like pee. Stairs were not even, could have made someone trip and fall. They did not feel right and did not feel within code compliance. Expensive for the room we had but did enjoy our stay.

You can hear everything through floors/ceiling. Very loud if people stay above your room

View wasnt the best and the amount of noise when people stay above the room

I did not like that when I booked, it said included a 100 refundable deposit, and then they made me pay another 100 at check-in.
