"My back hurts and I went hungry."

The staff was great. The hotel was crap. Worst mattress I ever slept on, a prison mattress would be more comfortable. The room was dirty, paint peeling, faucets moving. The heater/air conditioner was a pain to operate and barely worked. The breakfast was pure sugar (8 kinds of cold cereal and sugar covered, premade waffles). I'm diabetic and couldn't eat anything, They even closed the event we paid for early, on a Saturday! We will not be back.

Location was great

The rooms did not look like the photos online. Rooms were very outdated. The workout gym consisted of 3 treadmills - 1 didn’t work and 1 either did the machine. No free weights.

I enjoyed my stay at the Resort rooms were very clean, place smelled so good, beds very comfortable didn’t even have to leave the property for good drinks, music and the best food ever we went straight to Encore, Melisa the Hotel Manager was so helpful and nice I will definitely be back
