L3 Oasis Hotel

Jacuzzi was not working during my stay.

I love the location. Staff is great!

Parking is free. Also very safe

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Man kommt in 10 Minuten in das Zentrum und in ähnlicher Zeit zur Seilbahn auf den Berg. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Die Pools sehr schön. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze.

Check-In war chaotisch. Es wurde uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt, wo noch jemand wohnte. Sehr unangenehn und zeitraubend, bis wir ein anderes Zimmer bekamen. Man musste nach Ankunft eine Liste mit ca 10 Punkten unterschreiben, bekam aber keine Kopie mit. Trotz Aufforderung wurde unser Zimmer in 3 Tagen nicht gereinigt und nicht mit neuen Handtüchern bestückt. Keine frischen Handtücher am Pool. Schade! Dies hat den an sich guten Aufenthalt doch überschattet.

There was a mini fridge in the room. The pool was cool.

The water kept going off and the water coming through the pipes was cloudy. There were spiders in the room. The bed was not comfortable. No restock or daily cleaving of the room . We had to go ask for toilet paper. No microwave or iron available. No breakfast was provided and the snack bar with snacks for purchase.

My room was large and comfortable, with great little touches like bottled water, Keurig coffee maker, bathrobes, etc. There were two good sized pools, which was nice. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Very minor, while the hotel is close to downtown it's really too far to walk. Not really a big deal, it's a cheap Uber ride.

An iron and a microwave would have been appreciated.

Location was great, super close to downtown palm springs. Parking at the property was very accessible.

Room was very dirty. Bedding was stained, body hair and bodily fluids all through the bathroom. Room was not cleaned/serviced at all during our stay. When we notified reception there was no apology and rush to get it cleaned. we had to ask for fresh towels and again the next day room was still not cleaned.
