I am positive I had booked the room with the jacuzzi. Somehow I got a different suite. So I wanted to pay the difference and switch. They said no then I wanted to down grade to a regular room since what I wanted was the hot tub. They also said no

The hotel is easy to get to and it was close to what we wanted to do. The breakfast is the big upside. Made to order omelets with excellent sides along with the usual cereal and fruit and more. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts. The rooms were comfortable.

Parking was tighter than I expected, but there was always enough.
