Not a lot of parking spaces available

My wife and I have have stayed here several times over the years. These are typically one or two night stays while visiting wineries in the area. We are club members at three different wineries in Zillah so we will usually come out once in the spring, and once in the fall for allocations or other events. This hotel checks off all our most important boxes - it's clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff is very nice - nothing ever seems to be any trouble. K-Cup coffee makers are in the room, which I appreciate. Breakfast is one of the better free spreads I've encountered, and has been improved in recent years with a made-to-order egg station. Furnishings and carpeting are a bit dated, but I will give them credit - peeling paint is very difficult to find and other items like the bathroom caulking are very clean. They do take very good care of the rooms and public areas. Areas for opportunity - the pillows on our most recent stay were lumpy and hard to get comfortable to sleep on. They're likely due to be replaced. The bathrooms are also small - it's one of those situations where the door barely clears the rim of the toilet when opening and closing. Overall though, the value for money is definitely there and it's our first choice when visiting the area for a quick one or two night stay.

It is very convenient to my family's home to visit them. I think the hotel is really nice and the beds are comfortable and the pillows are fluffy.

Breakfast was cold! Eggs are prepared right there and yet the food on my plate was cold and not all that tasty.

No parking available when hotel is close to fully booked. Hotel expects you to stay anyway and park off site or something and leave you vehicle in unsafe situation. Hotel will not offer refund when they are unable to provide a safe parking place. Expedia is not able to help make the situation right and issue a refund due to not staying due to inadequate parking. The Hotel and Expedia were cometely lacking of any level of good customer service.

It was small, so nothing is fart away in there, I liked that there were bathrooms right down the hallway so we had another option aside from the bathroom in our room. Also, the breakfast was great! The ladies cooking the omelets were awesome, and there were plenty of options to eat, which was a good value.

The parking lot kinda sucked. Spaces are too tight, and nobody knows how to park either lol. Luckily there is the lot across the street, so it was fine. The only other thing is that the bath tubs and fixtures in them are in mediocre shape. I heard many complaints from others that we knew that were staying there.
