"Could have been so much better."

Unfortunately I was working nights 10 pm to 10 am missed all of breakfast

The gay guy working the counter yesterday morning when I tried to check in early he got a attitude with me when I made a simple mistake on my reservation on the time he was very rude to me over me trying to check in early after driving all night working few hours then just Wanted to go to bed. I work crazy hours. I wish I could remember the lady who helped me last time I stayed there I had a grand experience. Not so much as he seem to have a attitude every time I walked by treated me like I was stupid. I won't come back to this holiday inn.

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Staff was rude. Bathroom nearest the restaurant had no soap and the person preparing the food was using it! The chair was missing from my room, when I tried to call down I realized the phone was broken and didn't work. Bartender in the bar was on a personal call the entire time he was at work and acted annoyed when you interrupted it to order. He was out smoking with his friend 70% of the time. This was an awful place.

The bed was very comfortable.

The toilet was extremely low to the floor. No hand soap. No bath soap. Barely any kleenex. One of the lights was out in the bathroom. No ice in the machine on the floor. No safe in the room.
