Do not stay here. The front desk clerk was extremely rude and openly hostile. Without providing any clear explanation, he refused to check me in and simply told me to leave. I have been traveling around the world for over 25 years, and something like this has never happened to me before. The way I was treated was humiliating and shocking. Based on the interaction, I am convinced this was purely because I am Jewish and/or Israeli. There was no legitimate reason given for denying me check-in. As a result, I was forced to look for another hotel late at night, in freezing cold weather, for no justified reason at all. Beyond that, the hotel itself felt dirty and unwelcoming. This was one of the most degrading experiences I’ve had while traveling. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will not stay at any Holiday Inn property in the future.

Only good I say was breakfast was pretty decent

Everything. Bad part of town. Staff super unfriendly even after they gave us a room that somebody was in already and my kids walked in some people taking a shower. No remorse. Just, oh here try this one. Rough part of town and rooms were outdated and nasty. Never do this one!!
