Doubletree Hilton Austin northwest arboretum- I checked in on March 30 with my 94-year-old mother and was greeted and helped by a wonderful woman at the front desk but did not get her name unfortunately . Another gal named l cella at the front desk was also just incredible. I want to praise the amount of help They gave my mother and I over the entire visit really above and beyond and both of these ladies should be rewarded in someway.I’ve traveled all over the world, and these two were truly caring and accommodating. Rare ladies. Give Them raises seriously as you don’t want to lose them working at the hotel. Thank you.

I always stay here because I just don’t have any issues. Smooth and quick check in… and cookies. Everything is clean and well kept. Stayed for two days and just never have anything bad to say about this place.

Nice arboretum hall. Nice gym.

No clear instructuion on free wi-fi. Early room service (9.a.m.) A beetle in the room. Weak water stream at shower. No electric kettle.
