I LOVED the friendly staff at checkin and out. The breakfast was hot and offered good options. The room and bedding where clean but the carpet had a strong foot odor smell that was unpleasant. I will add that the sevice was exceptional at Cayuga Blu.

The bath tub drain was broken. It came completely out of the drain when I pulled it up to open it when I was getting ready to shower. The bathroom also didn’t have a ventilator fan so finishing getting ready couldn’t happen in the bathroom.
