"Mediocre stay"

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and stocked . The breakfast was good .

The TV remote backing wouldn't stay on so the batteries were exposed. When booking online, it said the crib would be free, but it was almost a $12 fee. The front desk staff when checking in was rude. There were stains on the bed sheets.

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly especially daytime.

Hotel little worn, but very clean. Not for snooty travelers. I felt comfortable and safe.

The staff were outstanding! They were all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is rundown. But the pool area had a great setup that we really enjoyed.

good location, very close to downtown Ithaca. beds were comfortable. liked that there were non-dairy options for coffee in lobby.

not crazy about open WIFI accessible to everyone. thought it was unsettling that exterior entrances to hotel weren't key card access only. Price seemed excessive for what was provided.
