"Good stay"

"Be wary of your restaurant bill"

Accommodations were satisfactory. Comfy bed and a clean room. Breakfast is NOT included and it's $15 per person. Also, be careful-- the restaurant charges an 18 percent gratuity automatically, but still leaves a request for a tip!

"Room issues, but great customer service."

Had some issues with the first room, but staff was gracious enough to move us to another room and offered to reimburse us for the two days in the first room. April at the front desk was especially helpful and did a fantastic job making sure we felt heard and taken care of several times. Thanks to her (and Holiday Inn working with us), we expect to return for future trips in Knoxville.
