"Emergency during stay."

We had a very interesting short stay. Why wife experienced a medical emergency while we were there and I was away. The night shift staff were on top of things. Malik was the young man’s name. He noticed her having an issue and contacted 911 immediately. His immediate action and fast recognition quite possibly saved her life. After tending to her at the local ER, I went back to the hotel and spoke with him. Malik was very polite and professional!! I admire young people like Malik. He is striving to make a life for himself. I highly recommend this hotel and their staff for an amazing SAFE stay.

"Outdated and not a good value."

Very worn old hotel in need of repair. A lot of frustrating issues at a very expensive (more than two hundred per night!) Holiday Inn. Most of the ice machines are broken, the wifi is super slow, and the keys deactivate if they are even brought near an AirPods case within seconds. I had to get new keys twice, and the desk clerk admitted that they have very "outdated" card reads at the hotel that are in need of replacement. The whole hotel needs upgrading.
