No breakfast, no pool, the floor was wet and all amenities on expedia website are incorrect

This the night merry to stay here is out dated need to upgrade or close for ever

Shawty renovations, horrible air quality, no ventilation, like section 8 housing.

We reserved a room 30 minutes before we got to Havelock. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot, we noticed rooms with torn curtains and, the hotel looked abandoned. We walked in and there was a sign saying no breakfast and, pool out of order. It smelled like mildew. We asked the manager to cancel the reservation and he refused. We didn’t stay there but, we were charged anyway. Do Not Reserve A Room There. Go see it for yourself

I stayed for 3 days. There was no access to the pool. There was no breakfast for any of the days. No one came to clean the room at any time. The room itself was fine.

I picked this property because of the name and the pictures. It showed it had a pool and breakfast! Neither is true. People were blocking outdoor doors with stones. Which told me they didnt have access. The smell of weed all over the place inside and out. Basically we just slept there for one night!! As you check in there is a note no morning refunds. That should have been my first clue along with the paper on the desk that said no pool and No Breakfast!! Just really disapointed for what we paid for a night!

Wished I had read the reviews more carefully before booking this place. Both Expedia and Wyndam Hotels you really need to do more extensive background information on the hotels you advertise. I walked into the building and could smell an old, rundown facility. Due to your false advertising - pool and breakfast is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Luckily I was able to get my reservation cancelled at the facility.

Unsafe environment. Side entrance door always blocked such that it remained open to anyone instead of needing a room key to enter. Odd room furnishings not customary for a hotel room. No linen service during a 4-night stay.

Not a good hotel. We were very disappointed in the way it is. No pool open and no breakfast included. We stayed there years ago and it was much better kept up. We had to up stairs to get to our room because of no elevator.
