Quality Inn Tucumcari

The bathroom in the room had hair behind the toilet seat and in the bathtub. The quilt on the bed was stained The room heater had the knobs removed so you couldn’t use it The coffee marker for breakfast didn’t work. The rug was stained in the room. Absolutely disgusting

Location, access to Hwy 54, and stores.

Dated, not clean, issues with door cards daily.

Food was good

Bathroom was not clean

The bed looked like it was un made, as if used & just re- made. Room dirty. Strange chaise lounge in room filthy. We asked for refund, desk clerk pretended to refund our card, he did NOT. So, after looking at room & immediately leaving -- we paid for the lesson: NEVER AGAIN go to Quality Inn Tucamcari! Never.

Besides a dirty room, the entire hotel is run down. The front door to hotel broken. Various rooms had broken windows. The pool has not been filled for years. The empty non functioning outdoor soda machine. Overall, this place is run down & should NOT BE A QUALITY INN

It was ok the staff wasn't too friendly when I asked questions. I had called twice before check in , the first time I called the person told me to call booking .com and was no help. The second time a different guy said he was super busy basically telling me he was too busy. Finally I get there and the check in lady told me that they had no notes about pets and it was $50 more dollars. Anyways I stayed , I paid but won't stay again.
