I didn't find anything bad about this stay

Easy to get in and out of hotel.

Very dirty. Bathtub had hair in it. Toilet had not been cleaned and had someone else’s urine and hairs on seat. Carpet had pieces of wrappers and dirt. Beds thankfully looked clean. Apparently nobody wants to do their jobs anymore and clean rooms. Will never stay again.

The bed was very comfortable.

First room smelt like pet urine. Carpeted The second room smelt like old smoking room and was very dirty. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Dead bugs on floors. Tub was dirty. Too tired at that point. Showered standing on a towel in thongs. Water was not hot. Looked like it may have been a nice place at one time. Pretty much a dump. No maintenance on this place for several years. All dirty outside and in parking lot. All plants and trees dead and gone leaving cement planters bare. Car parked blocking the front breeze way had been there a It never moved. I told the gal while registering that their two plants at each side of the entrance were wilted and needed watering. Still the same the next day. Thank goodness the sheets and towels were clean. The only one worse was in Albuquerque. I have crossed Quality Inn’s off my list.

When I checked in the lady at the desk (owner?) was so friendly. She asked if I had had dinner and suggested places I could go. My room was squeaky clean, neat, and smelled fresh.

Nothing

We stayed at the property on a previous occasion and really liked the hotel. The most impressive thing was the meal for breakfast. Although the room we reserved was a king-size bed we were told they were out of those so they gave us a room with two queen size beds. That worked out fine for us.

Staff was not cordial at all.
