Poor cleanliness. The following are comments regarding three stays at this location. All three times the floors were dusty/dirty. It made my feet dirty. Two times I wiped the floor down with towels. It made it better. The third time I washed my feet a few times mainly because the manger had previously complained about me using the towels. I had him come to my room for a TV issue. While there I showed him me feet. He commented he would bring it up with housekeeping. I don't think mentioning it to housekeeping would help. I have brought the issue up previously over the last two months. I made the evening manager and morning manager aware of this. I had bed linens change the first stay due to blood stains on them. The nighttime manger changed them. Second just had floor issues. The third had some dingy stains on the bed linens. After the third instance I told the manager I would not consider the location again.

Well, even that the front desk personnel were friendly, but the condition of the hotel is a big disappointment. The room smells, the bedding had a yellow spot and pillows had a makeup on it. I called to front desk and they offered me the new set of bedding, but the new one wasn't much better. It was semi dry and very old with the signs of over usage. In other words it better throw away. This could be a very nice place to stay, but . . . advertised a stocked kitchen; nope, cupboards were bare. Door to room was over 1” from floor so you could hear everything. Door closing mechanism was not in good condition, they slammed so hard that your bed moved. People smoked weed and e-cigs right outside our room. Washer and dryer were ripped out with no facilities available. We blew a fuse just trying to microwave a snack. The location is nice and property has lots of potential if it was managed properly.

Staff was beyond friendly, the cleanliness of the room was less than desirable. My feet were black walking around barefoot and found a pair of someone’s glasses in the bed

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Pet friendly facilities, large pool. Bathroom was small and no coffee maker in room but room was large and beds were very comfortable, linens were very clean. Definitely will be back again soon.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean , the bed was comfortable, had a full-size refrigerator, cupboards with an under counterfull size microwave, and counter top with a sink. Nice size outdoor pool.
