Staff was ok cleaning could be better and the ac barely worked

The location is very convenient for a one night stay for a road trip. There’s a gas station and a big convenience store that serves hot deli food right next to the hotel.

The facility is old, the floor is damp and moisture. The worse thing is we found out our window is cracked in the morning. I would have requested to change room if I found out the night before. We arrived late and didn’t check everything when checked in. We were at the first floor and I felt very unsafe now. Also, the room is not sound proofed at all. We kept being awakened by door opening and closing sound of other rooms. It’s now worth the price and the rating on Google is way too high.

It was just a place to sleep for the night and it did its job.

Quiet, comfortable, full size fridge, staff were excellent!

Elevator would be great

No body wash or conditioner, only 1 small tube of shampoo and1 small bar of soap.

Stained sheets, poor lighting in room, no type of cup for even brushing your teeth.

We arrived later but when going to watch tv we only had 3 stations, we got a room with a kichenette in it no coffee maker or ice bucket no coffee nothing. The supplies in bathroom were for only one person.. good thing we brought our own, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. When checking out I told the manager and he did nothing but ask if I told the night person I said no it was late we were tired. I’m sorry but when it’s late who really wants to deal with staff coming in your room for the things they could have checked and made sure was properly working. Plus the noise of the actual doors closing from other rooms was so loud it sounded like a gun shot each time the guest left their room so sleeping was not the greatest. Poor guest service in my eyes.
