I really liked the kitchenette. The full size refrigerator, microwave and all the cupboard space was fantastic.

The bathroom sink dripped or it would be a stream of water. I thought that was a waste of water that could have been corrected.

The price was right and overall a nice place to stay. A few suggestions...could use floor coverings, floors are very cold also the floors were quite dirty by the look of our socks after walking around. Secondly, there is a large gap under the door letting smells, sounds, light, and drafts into the room. The bed was comfortable, the hvac great. The lighting was very dim and the studio could of used additional seating aside from the table and bed. Again overall, I would stay here again but just a few upgrades would make stays much better.

I reserved a room at red roof in, but they put me in another hotel. The room was nice, but did not have a coffee maker as advertised. I wake up way earlier than my husband and want to enjoy a cup of coffee…have to go to a store close by for very bad coffee…I will not return when I asked the front desk about the coffee maker, he said they were only in the red roof in. I reserved a room there and have no idea why they switched it. They did not look to busy

Put a coffee maker in the room! As advertised.

Location

One front door was not secure and one time when we got up to leave early there was a man hanging out by door and when we got up to leave and walk down steps the guy walked out and began to walk up the road. It was a little creepy.

The room was dirty. The bathroom had mold all over it. Tubs were so bad that I had to get moved to another room and they could not find another room in the entire building that didn't have mold in the bathtub. Was a horrible room made for a pretty crappy trip. I'm really disappointed. Some kind of compensation would be great. I'll never stay in there again.

There was no hot water in the shower-bath tub. The bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned nor wiped down. So I did it myself. The room was not very clean

Hot water would of been nice to have a hot shower or bath! Especially considering I was there to run a marathon! There was No shampoo or conditioner samples to use.

The room was comfortable but I cannot understand why the "kitchenette" that I rented did not have anything remotely related to kitchen use except a full-sized refrigerator which I very much appreciated. Missing were: cups, plates, flatware, teabags, coffee, etc. Fortunately we had one cup and teabags with us so I was able to have some tea in the morning before we left.
