The fire alarm went off

It had availability at the last minute, when I needed it

It’s quite rundown. No decent amenities, including non working pool, no breakfast included, unfriendly service, non restocked cups at water stations in lobby area and fitness center, noisy. It’s really gone downhill

Convient location and staff was really nice. Pretty clean but some things definitely need some updates

We arrived on Monday April 30th and we had issues with our door lock pad since we walked up. Had cards changed right away and still problems. Maintenance had to use a key to get us in as the whole pad was dead or broken. A bit of an inconvenience but staff was really nice. Pool was closed and we were hoping to use it as we looked for hotel with a pool. Shower was older and our drain was broken with plug just hanging out. You can smell mold and see all the black build up down the drain. Also a bit tight on space in the bathroom

Pool was closed and arcade to close to room and open to late that there were screaming kids in there during late hours

Took me 45 minutes to get into my room due to a malfunction with lock on door key. Front desk didn't send maintenance when needed.

Old, creepy feeling, dirty.
