Magnuson Grand Hotel and Conference Center Tyler

Está muy desactualizado, los muebles son viejos, la decoración terrible, el desayuno es solo pan tostado o Waffles, con mermelada y café, o cereal.con leche, no sirven mas nada pero todo estaba impecable, la cama muy cómoda, agua caliente y con buena presión, TV, nevera, microondas, aire/calefacción, todo funciona perfectamente. Fui por viaje de trabajo y para lo barato que cobran me parece una buena opción. Cubrió mis necesidades, dormí muy bien las 4 noches que me hospedé allí y volvería de ser necesario. Si buscan una opción económica y cómoda, con muy buena ubicación, les recomiendo este hotel. Ojalá logren renovarlo, creo que tiene mucho potencial. El personal que trabaja allí hacen todo lo que pueden por hacer las cosas bien, los felicito.

To be honest, the place is a dump. It needs to be totally rehabbed. There wasn't even a place to put your clothes in the room. The room was totally run down.

Staff was nice

The wifi sucked couldnt gettv to work on it and it was a roku tc so it required internet to work.

Didn't like anything y'all charged my account but would let me book in cuss I was laying in cash and I guess y'all don't accept cash

The price and the cleanliness

They charged a 50 dollar deposit and wouldn't take cash for it. I've stayed there twice and they didn't give my deposit back for about 10 days. Left the room in clean condition. I will not stay there again. Very unhappy with them. Also no chairs Either

I was at 147 and I loved it great parking big room even though I didn't need to use the stove or anything like that it was awesome to have that there the neighbors was nice and quiet also I had neighbors on both sides Damon here and once a few steps from my door to my car it was great can't be the price there is a deposit of 60 bucks that you get back in a day or two the only thing I wish was that he charge you a deposit every time because I would definitely use the smoke till more if they let regulars that didn't pay the deposit each time because I would definitely use it once every two weeks for my job

The only thing I didn't like was the deposit which I could understand if it was one time and not a regular person but I believe if you was a regular State person there like every two weeks they should know you and not charge you deposit cuz with my job I sometimes I can't wait till 3 days for it to come back to my account especially if they know me so that's the only thing I wish it was different
