Fuimos un grupo y no nos regresaron el depósito y en una de las habitaciones la cortina del baño tenia cera con pelos. Estuvimos 4 días y nunca fueron a hacer limpieza ni a cambiar las toallas.

it looked ran down. I was not aware that people lived here full time. There was several needles in the bushes next to the steps. There was a full gap in my door. Bathroom door looked like jiz running down along with a hole. I didn't see breakfast and there was no high-speed internet. I seen one staff member. He was friendly but this place was creepy as hell. The people that I encountered that lived there was drunk or walking around smoking pot. Overall, I give it a 2.

I liked that the family suite had enough room for my family. Basically the room was two hotel rooms combined .I also liked I didn’t see any bugs on the property while being there. Huge plus giving the quality of this hotel

So initially I was fooled by the pictures online. When I got inside the room the property needed a lot of TLC. The room had chipped paint , missing iron, cable and WiFi don’t really work well, damaged walls and cabinets. I tried to use the app I booked on to request fresh towels (family of 5… staying multiple days) , no one responded. I tried to call the front desk. The room doesn’t haven’t a phone to contact the front desk. I called the number from my cell phone, they make you state your name and reason for calling and still no answer or response. I enjoyed Tyler because I came for family, but staying here almost ruined my trip. I paid online so I didn’t want to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back last minute. I knew it could be hard to find somewhere else to stay last minute. Overall trust me I will not be staying here ever AGAIN !!
