One of those times when I didn’t go by bad reviews. Don’t know how other rooms are but ours was perfect, new and clean the only minus that there is no microwave but it’s no biggie really. Nice and quite location, from check in to check out the personal was polite and thoughtful
From the photos on the website, I expected much more. Torn and dirty curtains, no heat, filthy walls, old furniture and carpet, stained bathtub & sink.

Property is still in renovation. We had a renovated room - it was fine. This property has only access to outside rooms on one floor.
The nightclub was extremely loud and it's in the worse area of a run-down, poor city. The first night I was the only one there, which I thought was concerning... until Saturday night when I yearned to be the only one staying in the Inn again. Some of the patrons of the club were in the room next to mine and they were ridiculously loud. Never again!!
Under review but didn’t put that in the Expedia listing, had to choose between an old room in poor condition or upgrade to a new room
Ned’s are comfortable & room is clean and everything is organized upon walking into the lobby tue owners spoke & greeted me with a smile service was above n beyond will definitely stay here again when visiting my friends! They I’m remodeling stage but the hotel lobby looks nice n the upgraded rooms are beautiful!! The owners are husband & wife and they showed excellent great customer service

property is under going renovation. My newly renovated room is great. The rainfall walk in shower felt great.
The property is in the process of renovation and it has potential to becoming better as the new ownership completes the renovation.
