BEWARE- avoid at all costs. Cockroach-infested, inhabitable dwelling, extremely unsafe, people can see right into your room. No clean drinking water or food on premises. Terrifying and scared the whole entire time. Also, they scammed my credit card and will overcharge for your "room". Blood on lampshade, damp walls, and yes, cockroach showed up once the light was turned off and I had to cut my trip short. Stay away at all costs. Complete Health Code violations- scary that they can even stay open. Illegal!
Room are very dirty. Bathroom are totally unusable .
No phone in room, property in shambles, took over 10 minutes to check in on a prepaid reservation (no one else was in the lobby) no cups in bathroom sink, room very dark, modern bathroom but rest of room poorly renovated.
We got a new renovated room that did not have a deadbolt with it and plus there was a lot of potholes in the parking lot
Quiet place, pleasant stay
Infested with cockroaches. in bedding on walls crawling on floor, on toilet Gross. Smelled terrible. I have pleny of pictures and video to prove it. I was unable to sleep and asked for a refund the next day. I was ensured That I would see the money hit my bank within 48hours. Not the case. I'm out of pocket 400 Canadian dollars. Theses people are dishonest and deserve to be shut down. DO NOT STAY HERE
Room needed renovation. no outlets anywhere near the bed, old cigarette burns in the bathtub, and what I thought was a light switch was apparently the circuit breaker for the room. The desk clerk was excellent and brought my missing soap and shampoo, and i got the impression that because I booked on hotels.com I got a worse room
I check in at midnight. Ask the manager which way is our room? Around the corner, he points. Go that way and no room. Drive around the whole hotel, nothing. Go back to front desk, and ask. Oh, you drive around walk through this hallway and it's over there. Only 2 other cars there. Refrigerator is not plugged in, A C barely works. Get up at 6 a m. Try to take a shower, not hot water!!!!! Call front desk, no one to answer. No hot water in sink. Took a sponge bath, pathetic. Turn our keys in, no one there. It's a dump, don't waste your money.
