The bathroom was sticky. The tv did not work. The air quality was terrible. I really hope they get their act together.
I checked in and the front desk person was very polite and checked me in with no issues. BUT, everything went downhill from there. I came back to property after midnight, it is not well lit at all. I was woken up shortly after that by a roach crawling on my arm!!! I took pics of several roaches so, decided to check out immediately. The front entrance had a padlock and 2 phone numbers listed to call. I texted one with all the pictures and have not heard from them yet.
We ended up leaving after 20 minutes of being there bc the pictures were different than online. Caution tape everywhere and half the hotel looked abandoned. The room AC and fridge also had mold. And the bed had bugs.
The amenties were not as on the web due to massive rehabilitation of the facilities

Worst hotel ever
Hotel is OK but the room smell was terrible. It looked like a smoker room.
Our room was newly remodeled and clean and the associate at the desk was very nice. However, the hotel itself was in disrepair and seemed unsafe.
