"I FELT SCAMMED, Stay away!"

Absolutely nothing

The pool is offered as one of the amenities but the truth is the is Permanently CLOSED, I consider that false advertisement! The staff basically does not care much about complaints or customers satisfaction. While waiting in line to check in, many customer were complaining, mainly about the AC. Once I entered the room, I was in shock. Stains everywhere, the condition of the bed was simply poor, the bathroom was not different, the fridge was basically blowing air. In addition to that, our AC also shut off. My partner was truly uncomfortable, same as I was. Honestly I didn't feel safe to sleep over due to how disgusting and disturbing the room was. I asked the associate for another room, he said everything was sold out and we were "lucky" to find an empty room 🤨. We decided to move to another hotel, he only said "ok, no problem". I should get a refund for this terrible experience!
