I had a very disappointing experience at Quality Inn Wayne - Fairfield Area. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets appeared dirty. I also saw what looked like a bug, and there were visible stains on the shower curtain that resembled blood. Due to these conditions, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room and chose to leave shortly after arrival. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and requested a refund, but it was denied. I then contacted Booking.com, but was informed that the property would need to approve the refund, which they declined to do. Cleanliness and basic hygiene are the minimum expectation for any hotel stay, and this experience did not meet those standards. I would not recommend staying here at all!!!
