Quality Inn Wayne - Fairfield Area

I liked the location. I liked that lobby looked and felt welcoming. I liked that they had 24/7 security even though it wasn’t a 5 star or better hotel. I actually thought it was going to be loud at night and I can honestly say, it was quiet.

It was dirty. All the doors that I had to pass through were filthy and if the door had glass, omg the glass was even more disgusting. They only had 1 cleaning lady. I had no washcloths in my room. I went out and brought my own cleaning supplies.

The lobby was nice and clean.

I didn’t like that the appliances were so old. The windows didn’t look like they were clean. My door card key wasn’t working so I had to keep going to the front desk. I think they need to hire more cleaning staff.

I got there and the could not verify my ID and canceled my reservation then told me that they refunded me and to call booking.com an then you guys told me to call them and i still haven't got an answer

It was very cold the door wasn't sealed and big gap was blowing freezing air into the room also someone with mask came into the room asking for my wife ID and that was strange ??????
