Over all the price I was booked 369 something like that for 2 night I see i was charged much more i will never return to this hotel ever again.one more thing 25 dollars a night to park after you paid to stay at there hotel is ridiculous..never again only stayed cause it was my wife birthday

Could have been cleaner.

While many elements are excellent as the balconies and the views much of the hotel is heavily worn the rooms have been recently refreshed, but already showing wear. The biggest issue is signage. GPS will bring you in front of the Shake shack down a simple alleyway into the parking lot. There are zero signs of where the lobby is or what doors are unlocked. You might find yourself walking in circles. this is big time, annoying especially when the lobby is on the second floor. The staff were excellent. The rooms were clean. Was shocked to see floating ads in the ocean not that residence Inn has anything to do with that poor choice by the city. Please invest in signage.

Great location right on the beach, pool facilities were excellent, and liked the coffee set up in the lobby. Appreciate the towel service!

Property is dated and curtains, etc were nostalgic. $20 per day parking felt high. Breakfast was underwhelming and room access was not very secure. (Could walk from the street, through lobby and then to rooms without needing to key in)

View and terrace of beach. Hotel was relaxing

Furniture was old outdated small tv. WiFi was slow. And front desk was in second floor No restaurants on premise

The customer service at this property was horrible They do not treat their customers very nice or their hotel guests Upon arrival the check in representative old guy, lied to me about the incidental fee and charged ny card more than he should have. He also didnt explain how much i would be paying, but demanded I insert my card Later I was charged another $150 without consent And there was no explanation as to why Dont STAY here, cash grabs
