There was no complimentary breakfast.I had to pay 20 outlets per person for a meal.That was supposed to be included in my room. I had staff cleaning knocking at 830 am asking me about what time I am leaving (11 is check out) No complimentary breakfast. Rude staff by the elevator .The man pushed by instead of saying excuse me. Cold air owing in from the Window(seals around window are not sealed properly. Have an adjoining room with people jiggling the door handle. Late at night . The rest for an enjoying room.I just want to our own private room.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs for the Alliance Conference on Dec 4th, and the staff made our entire trip exceptional. Robert at the front desk was beyond amazing, and Krys and Jamie were equally fantastic—truly the best service we’ve experienced anywhere. Our team of six from A1 Service Coordination had three rooms, and the food and accommodations were great, but the staff is what made this stay outstanding. Highly recommend!
