People screaming at 10 at night, not acceptable

The bed was comfortable and clean. The location was great. The staff were friendly.

I paid $30 for two "made to order" breakfast tickets. We got downstairs for breakfast to discover it was a buffet similar to that of a complimentary continental except there were basically no options. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast and bran muffins. No fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, hot drinks, waffles, etc. The orange juice was watered down. No other drink options, not even milk. Only one lady working and she was killing herself trying to keep up with a bus group. It was very disappointing.

I love the gym.

I didn’t like that the tvs were old and couldn’t take HDMI inputs. I had to take out my own trash.

Very clean, great location for our needs. In house bar was nice, both bartenders Friday and Saturday night friendly, attentive and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and hot, staff friendly and attentive.

Pool was nice but very few towels and they were tiny, almost hand towel size.In house bar could use some consistent hours and probably expand them in order to attract some business. Having alcohol available in the foyer coolers for purchase has its advantages but should not be available when the bar is open.

The breakfast and dinner was good.

It had the lowest toilet I ever had to sit on. My knees were in my chest. My wife's pillow smelled of bleach

Hotel staff were super friendly. Room was very clean and bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. I will be returning to Auburn Holiday Inn in the future.

Location is very convenient to walk to town and drive. Bathroom was clean.

Toilet didn’t flush great

The staff was helpful but this is a very old hotel that was remodeled. It's in ok shape. The elevators sounds scary so I took the stairs. The price per night is way too high for what this property has to offer. It should be about half of that.
