Holiday Inn Auburn-Finger Lakes Region by IHG

The staff members we encountered were very nice. The restaurant food was good. Everything was fine until I was about to take a shower. The tub was dirty.

The room that I checked into had pluming issues with the bathtub. After I brought it to the attention of the staff on duty, she went above and beyond to relocate me and my daughter into another room. The entire front desk receptionist staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn to friends and family members.

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent; close to everything in Auburn and convenient to the Finger Lakes and the Thruway. Parking very convenient.

Our room overlooked the pool and so the drapes had to be closed for any privacy at all. The room was very noisy, including the noises from outside as well as the fan to cool the room. Walls paper thin, which made getting to sleep a challenge. I found it to be way overpriced for what we received. A very basic room.

Great food and service and the rooms very clean and comfortable I will recommend and for sure I will stay there again

The room was okay, except for the backed up sink. The toilet was very short- my knees were above my waist, which made it hard to get up, after. Bed was okay, but I would have liked it to be firmer.

Rooms overlooking the courtyard were nice but not as quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful staff. The coffee keurig in the room was great and we were able to get real creamer in lobby.

We awoke early due to baby crying in the room next door.

Clean, good location for our purpose, amazing staff, nice rooms, breakfast was reasonable and the woman who took care of us at breakfast and also worked the bar and restaurant at dinner was exceptional!

We parked on the side lot closer to the entrance- unfortunately it smelled like marijuana right outside the door. Not the hotels fault, but it hit me in the face when we were first going to the room.

The service was horrible, they never answered the phones. And when you went down to the front desk, no one was there.
