Holiday Inn Auburn-Finger Lakes Region by IHG

We planned a family trip and thought it would be easier to stay at a hotel instead of having so many family members in one household. I am so pleased that we did so, even though it was an additional expense it was worth every penny. The kids had a blast swimming, they enjoyed telling the staff members about their day, and receiving a positive response back. Most important having breakfast for free (12 and under eat for breakfast free with a coupon the Holiday Inn provided us).The kids thought that was the best ever and they had several options to choose from, they loved the scrammed eggs with cheese. The room was very clean, the service was amazing, the staff was always helpful and acknowledged us every time we walked through or out of the door whether it was to welcome us or to tell us to have a great day. All around best experience ever. I am very happy we chose the Holiday Inn for our trip to Tennessee as well. Can't wait till September. A humongous thank you to all the staff members for making our trip a memorable one. Warm welcomes always make any trip an amazing trip.

Staff was amazing! Beautiful hotel ! Lived the bar and restaurant, food was very good Kevin our bartender was great! Highly recommend!

All in all it was a nice stay. Location was close to everything. We booked the suite. The 2 issues we did have were that the air conditioners were very loud and the toilet was very low to the ground.

They only had one ice machine on the fifth floor and parking was terrible

Clean and comfortable

I’m a difficult rater and also I did not make demands on staff. Bed was great. I had a good night’s sleep The room was not as sound proof from the pool noise as I would have liked. But, when the pool closed, no problem.

Had a great stay. Front desk was great and detailed things to do around the area! A really great stay. Only a couple of complaints about the room - the phone didn't seem to work -possible I wasn't using it correctly. The hinge on the room door is so tight that we could hardly get the door opened from either side. Room 443

As usual, we had an absolutely amazing stay. We were attending my son‘s college graduation. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing...from the front desk to the breakfast room. We had an issue Saturday night with the man in the room next to us (we had a shared door between our rooms) being extremely loud on his phone. He sounded drunk. He was laughing, vulgar, and using profanity. He woke me and my son up around 12:40. I called the front desk after listening to the man for about 10 minutes. The staff member quickly apologized and said they would send security up. It took about 10-15 minutes after hanging up for the man to get quiet. I'm thankful the staff handled the situation quickly. My overall rate is a 7 due to a situation at breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings.

A hostile woman in the breakfast room Saturday morning should have been removed due to her rudeness to one of the breakfast room staff members. She was loud and kept my family and others from enjoying their breakfast. The front desk staff came in to speak with her, but it should have been handled by someone in management. The lady ate like a pig, left an unbelievable amount of food waste, then walked out with three to-go trays full of food from the buffet without paying for the food. I was completely disgusted by the situation and felt bad for the breakfast room staff. She was back to her nasty tactics Sunday morning as well since we had the unfortunate opportunity to dine at the same time she did a second day. The woman played the race-bait card so I'm sure management gave her lots of freebies.
