Clean comfortable and well equipped Great location and price.

Being a sub basement flat it had no widows thah opened. The fire Door to exterior was alarmed and could not be opened . The air conditioning unit was broken.. this was over the hottest period since 1976 heatwave. Not good.

The location was excellent. Property was modern and clean.

Superb quality appartment, spotlessly clean and with everything you would need to self-cater (we didn't). The location was brilliant, right by Monksgate and easy walking to all York's attractions.

It didn't overly affect us, but Room 7 that we had directly overlooked a pubs beer garden. We had hot weather and the garden was busy until midnight on both nights we were there. The hosts do give a warning about this, but only after you have booked. Perhaps it could be made a bit clearer earlier on in the booking process. Just remember to take earplugs!

It was great. Good location, nice and clean, plenty of room.

I would say the only down side was that people who could look over the wall into the top rooms

Apartment was in a fantastic location an parking was on site and the bonus was the 2 EV charging points that were free to use. Room was clean and tidy and the facilities provided were ok for a few nights stay. Tea , Coffee and milk were a bonus as we arrived a little later than planned.

The room had an air condition unit but there was no remote to work the thing. As the weather was exceptionally hot the room was rather stuffy at night and we had to buy a fan to help circulate the air. There was no shelves by the bed to put either a phone on to charge or put my glasses on t keep safe. The Iron wasn't working either. Having said this the downsides didn't spoil our stay but a fan in the room would have saved me messing about trying to get one ..

Central location, all rooms had en-suites

Had good energy and great location

Facilities covered all needs, the place came with some amenities for hygiene and brews, and location we central to city attractions.

The place could have used another clean. Several spiders found making their home, including in glasses.
