City Apartments - Monkbar Mews

Amazing place to stay! Me and 2 friends stayed for 2 nights, and can’t fault the apartment at all. We were in number 7, it was so cozy and warm and very clean. We also loved the fact that it was only a short walk to the centre, around 5 minutes! When we arrived we ran into a man called Tyler who worked with these apartments, and he was so lovely and very helpful. Amazing for the price we paid. We definitely recommend and will be coming back!!

Good location

The property was dirty on arrival The hall runner and landing carpet were dirty; there was rubbish left on both floors, in a bedroom and in the toilets clearly not cleaned properly.

Communication was good. Very clean and warm. Good parking. Excellent position for exploring York.

Could be more hanging space and drawers.

Just location,

No room to put things berooms ,ensuite well was in a cupboard ,no tables to put cups etc when sitting lounge plates to big dishwasher wouldnt fit ,no window upstairs bedroom their door wouldnt shut toilet, if you have mobility issues dont go i slipped in shower ,radiator i scalded my arm as ensuite in cupboard!!!! Sat on lou Im size 7 ladies shoe it measured 2 and a bit of my feet not happy at all

Water temp in one shower diwnstairs would not get hot. The bathroom towel hangers were too high. The cupboard in the bedroom was not pratical and too high to reach top shelf. Everything else was brilliant
