Oldlands Farm

This was our second time staying here as we stayed our first night and then three nights at the end of our trip. We had the Hepburn room both times. Room was good size and comfortable. The only complaint we really had was that the door to the suite is too tight to the carpet and it needed to really be pushed to get the door open. The hosts were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. No breakfast but there is a great cafe in the industrial area not too far away that serves a great full Breakfast for a reasonable price. Very easy to get to Gatwick airport via cab or bus and Three Bridges station was about £9 by cab. Thanks again for a great stay

Very pleasant reception. Room small but comfortable. Early rise meant no breakfast so cannot comment there.

We had a great nights stay. We will be coming back again at the end of our stay in the UK. Host is wonderful. Very helpful and she gave us good tips on where to eat in the area. If there was any downside it was that our bed in the Hepburn room was a little too soft on the one side and I felt off kilter. I fixed it by putting a cushion under the mattress to prop it up lol. Over all happy we booked here and look forward to returning for a few more days at the end of our trip in a couple of weeks.

Check in was very easy, the place was really cozy and has a romantic feel. It’s also very close to the airport but doesn’t have an airport location feel to it. I would definitely recommend.

Welcomed on arrival by very friendly owners. We required a taxi/info - they were very helpful and way out of their way to help/arrange a taxi for the next day. Ideal location, very clean, nice room and nice grounds to relax in.

Greeted well and pleasantly, once we were back after dinner and getting ready to sleep, that's when we had some issues. The shower was small but worked well, but no soap or shampoo, the dispenser did not work, be careful getting out as the step is quite high and no handrail. Plenty of hot water out of the hot tap, NOTHING out of the cold tap, bottled water to rinse toothbrushes, A/C not working, window does not open, TV not working, no top sheet, blanket too short, shoulders are covered but not your feet, paper thin walls. Very disappointed with our stay, there's quaint, then there's bad. We cannot recommend this property, a waste of eighty pounds.

Quirky place, really warm welcome. Stopped in Bogart room. Nice room, small bathroom but adequate. Only fault was cold tap didn’t work. Good location. Would stop again.
