It was a great location and the staff were fabulous and friendly and very helpful !

My bad experience was with booking.com they took money from me saying I cancelled my trip then changed it and that's not true. Their website/app is a piece of junk when I put my dates in I put the wrong day to leave and when I tried to change it the app froze up on me and I couldn't do anything so I went out of the app and back in and tried to change the day that's where they say I cancelled then changed the day. I will never use booking.com again and I will caution anyone I know about doing it as well.

"Relaxing and Peaceful place to be."

The staff were very pleasant. Beds were comfortable and it was very quiet up on the fourth floor. We would stay again. A few extra days next time.

"Cheap clean pet friendly"

Oceanfront and allows pets

We booked a king bed with an ocean view. The only problem is if you are bringing your dog, you have to have a room on the first floor, which does not have an ocean view. It has a sand dune view. So just be aware.

"Good but for the money it should have been better."

The staff was amazing. We kind and very welcoming. We were even able to get our room earlier.

This place needs some love. The room and dead roaches in it and the back of the AC unit on the balcony was being head on by the chairs out there. They are clearly doing work to the place which is good to know. But spending a 1000 dollars for 3 nights. I expected better. Probably will not stay there again.

The pool was extremely clean and the lobby was nice

There were never towels at the pool. The elevators were dirty and made noises. The fire alarm went off in the early morning hours for no reason.

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE"

Not much

the room was mediocre. The bathroom was atrocious!!!!! The sink was mostly stopped up so...VERY VERY SLOW. The shower was BROKEN. The pipe pullled out of the wall. And not clean. AWFUL
