Easy off highway Clean room

Pool - Saturday kids were screaming at the pool. Maybe have a time when children can’t use pool. Like close at 8pm and have adults only until 10. Needed more information on hotel in room. QRcode info was not user friendly.

It was quiet, no door slamming, no tv noise. The mattress was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

It was chilly outside, and the room was freezing cold with the air conditioner on high when we came in and didn't get warm for several hours. The staff was efficient but not overly friendly. The rooms were a little dated. The pillows were sand bags.

On Saturday morning, 3/28/26, a lady ran into me (hit & run actually) in the parking lot. That is certainly not the fault of the hotel, but once I found out there were no cameras in the parking lot, it became very frustrating. The police came and I did everything necessary, but you would think in a reputable hotel like a Hilton, there would be cameras covering the parking lot. That, combined with no visible security, is irritating.

Comfy rooms, late check in.

The breakfast cost 18 bucks. Absolutely crazy for over 400 on 2 rooms. We left early and ate elsewhere. The enshittification of everything is such a bummer.

Close to hospital in a snow storm. The bed was comfortable and appeared clean.

The room was very stuffy, damp. It had a musty odor and there was mold on the bathroom walls, the building was obviously settling with the tape peeling away from the ceilings. Also, the hot tub was closed but that wasn’t as important.

Breakfast was great. Only $20 additional dollars for up to 4 people. Indoor pool was amazing. Really nice workout room , as well.
