Cookies were great and staff was very nice.

Mold in the shower construction going and bad patch work all over the property. Really run down place not worth the higher price point.

"This is a great hotel for a one day stay or a weekday."

Breakfast was delicious. I was greeted by the staff as I came through the front door for the time I spent there it was great and I will do it again. I have always liked the warm cookies that they give you as you sign in.

I am living in Florida. The only thing I didn’t like was the cold temperature outside the hotel was beautiful. I have no complaints at all.

"Very convenient to ku campus which was great to be able to go back and forth for our visit"

The room was a good size and we liked having a fridge. The bathroom was somewhat updated. The AC worked well. Pillows were good. The price was outrageous for this kind of hotel.. $400 a night! ridiculous. This room should be like $169 a night for how old and stinky it is.

The room smelled like mildew- actually had to buy a diffuser to get rid of smell. It was moist and damp- no windows- just a plexiglass with a view of the strange indoor pool. Very dated room.
